The job as a Business Development Manager Asia (BDMA) is a high profile strategic position. The BDMA will contribute to sales through the establishment of important C- Suite relationships.
The BDMA will work in cooperation with the BRIDGE2THINK team in Switzerland to create and service a portfolio of major accounts and strategic resellers throughout the Asian territory, offering solutions based on the BRIDGE2KNOW Management Application (www.bridge2know.net)
The BDMA will be assigned a revenue goal that she/he must meet or exceed on a quarterly and annual basis.
The BDMA is responsible for winning new business in the area of Online Management Development. The BDMA will win new customers through prospecting in a predefined area with selected customers of the global 5.000 companies as well as through reseller channels.
♦ Instruct, enable and motivate the reseller community through consistent online and offline advocacy
♦ Provide timely access to training, tools, responses and advice to new resellers
♦ Develop and manage high impact experiments to improve resellers sales productivity
♦ Act as relationship manager for resellers across various aspects to create and grow
their BRIDGE2KNOW sales capabilities
♦ Work with channel-, sales-, marketing-, product- and support-teams to identify
opportunities for improving the reseller experience across the life cycle Experience:
♦ BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
♦ Experience in sales, operations and/or consulting preferred, technical skills set a plus
♦ Strong verbal communication-, analytical- and problem solving skills
♦ Ability to engage at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
♦ Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
♦ Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in dynamic, high transaction
♦ Ability to work in a cross cultural environment
